I know firsthand what burnout feels like.

As a business owner, teacher, and mom of two, I’ve been where you are:

disconnected, depleted, overworked and overwhelmed.

Luckily, I’ve spent my entire career studying evidence-based Yoga Therapeutics techniques that actually work to offload stress, alleviate anxiety and create mental resiliency.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients move from pain and overwhelm to steadiness, strength, and clarity using the techniques in my Yoga for Mental Clarity Class.
