The first skill necessary to learn Breathing Practices is to learn the mindset of “The Observer."

As The Observer, you watch your breath with a curious, gentle awareness, observing how your breathing interacts with your physical body. You become consciously aware of your breathing without trying to change it. "Core Breathing Meditation Practice" teaches this core skill.
