In your Personal Yoga Therapeutics Sessions, we’ll:
optimize your body mechanics and movement patterns

rehab from an orthopedic procedure
build a therapeutic, compassionate relationship with your body

What to Expect:

Intake Session
Your first session is 75 minutes and includes a health history, goal setting and inquiry conversation as well as a quick spinal structure and mobility assessment.
You’ll learn Yoga Therapeutics techniques to alleviate stress and strain.
I’ll take pictures of the techniques that are the most helpful for you and use those in your Protocol.
During your first session, you can relax and unwind.

Personalized Protocol
Your Individualized Take-Home Protocol includes pictures and directions for daily practice.
Your Protocol is detailed homework to help you meet your goals; it tells you what to do and when to do it.

Pre-Recorded Classes
I’ll hand pick three Pre-Recorded Yoga Therapeutics Classes for you.
These classes are designed to help you meet your individual goals and address your individual concerns.

Self- Myofascial Release Tools
Self-Myofascial Release is a soft tissue manipulation technique that reduces joint strain, increases range of motion and alleviates stiffness.
You’ll get your own set of RADRoller Recovery Rounds to take home and practice what I teach you!

Follow Up Session
Your New Client Investment includes a Follow Up 75 minute session.
You’ll ask questions, review, gain additional referrals and enjoy a personalized Yoga Therapeutics Practice.
I’ll follow up with a modified Protocol and suggestions to help you reach your goals.

Continued Support
I’ll be on your Wellness Team for as long as you need me.
I’ll collaborate with the other Professionals on your Wellness Team to support your Optimal Healing in body, mind and spirit.

Intake Form
Please complete your digital Intake Form at least 24 hours prior to your Intake Session.
Please email beforehand or bring printed copies of pertinent imaging (X-Rays, MRI scans, PT Protocols) that you'd like to share with me.
The more you share with me, the better I can serve you.
In addition, your Intake Form includes Liability Release, Photo Release and Payment Protocols. Please read carefully.

What to Bring
I'll provide everything you need for your Personal Yoga Therapeutics session, including a yoga mat and yoga props.
Please wear comfortable clothing (we will be on the floor) and a refillable water bottle.
If applicable, bring printed copies of Imaging (X-Rays, MRI Scans, etc.) for your file.

8900 State Line Road, Suite #355, Leawood, Kansas 66206
PARKING:
The Main Door faces the intersection of 89th and State Line.
Enter here and proceed straight down the hallway. When you get to a dead end, turn left. (2 minute walk, plan accordingly)
Suite #355 in the southwest corner of the building, on the main level.
Parking is Free. I suggest parking on the east side of the building, by the Main Door.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
When available, you may re-schedule your session (within 30 days of the original appointment date) with no fee.
Because I have a Wait List of clients, all cancellations made without 24 hours prior notice will incur a non-negotiable cancellation fee of $57.50.
If you do not cancel your appointment and simply do not attend your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment in its entirety.
You must provide a valid Credit Card and a non-refundable deposit to book your appointment.

YES! I’m an approved provider — you can use your HSA/FSA card when booking Personal Yoga Therapeutics Sessions or enrolling in the Online Yoga Therapeutics Rx10-Week Coaching Program.
Prefer reimbursement? I’m happy to provide an itemized receipt for your session, which you can submit directly to your HSA/FSA provider.
