  • A Personal Yoga Therapeutics Session is a one-on-one, evidence-informed session where I assess your body, nervous system, and goals, then design a personalized therapeutic yoga plan to support pain relief, mobility, and resilience.

  • You should book a session if you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress or overwhelm, injury recovery, neurological symptoms, or if general yoga classes haven’t worked for your body.

  • Your first session is 75 minutes and includes a health history review, movement assessment, nervous system evaluation, and hands-on therapeutic yoga techniques tailored specifically to you.

  • Yes. I will create a personalized therapeutic protocol with photos and clear instructions so you can confidently practice between sessions and build consistency over time.

  • Yes. This is therapeutic, not fitness-based. I focus on assessment, symptom patterns, nervous system regulation, and targeted interventions rather than sequencing a general yoga flow.

  • No. You do not need any prior yoga experience or flexibility. I will meet you exactly where you are and adapt all movements to your body and current capacity.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

    If you have imaging, physical therapy notes, or medical recommendations, bring printed copies so I can incorporate them into your session.

  • Yes. Personal Yoga Therapeutics Sessions are eligible for HSA/FSA use.

    I can provide an itemized receipt if your provider requires documentation.

  • I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    Late cancellations are subject to a fee, and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
