As a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, I specialize in tailoring yoga and meditation protocols to help you meet your exact health and wellness goals.

My specialties are:

I offer Personal Yoga Therapeutics Sessions, Coaching, Online Yoga Therapeutics, LiveStream Yoga, and Self-guided programs. I am an Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provider.

My education includes university degrees in Education, Psychology and Religious Studies from Graceland University. I also hold a Masters Degree in Education and Curriculum Development from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

I have 17+ years experience teaching group yoga classes and personal yoga sessions; I completed credentialing programs through the Interdisciplinary Institute of Yoga Studies and through Yoga Medicine with my teacher Tiffany Cruikshank.

I am the only Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist in the Kansas City area, and I accept HSA/FSA Cards.

I am a former Yoga Studio Owner, dog lover and avid hiker.

When I’m not with my dearly loved clients, you can find me on the trails with my husband Mike and our kiddos.
