Cultivate Gratitude.
Create a Daily Practice.
Live with More Intention.
A 21-Day Challenge to Create a Simple, Sustainable Gratitude Practice
November 7 - 27, 2026
A Little Gratitude.
A Daily Pause.
A Different Perspective.
Each morning, you’ll wake up to a text with a new Daily Gratitude Practice.
Some days you might meditate.
Some days you might breathe.
Some days you might write.
Some days you might move.
Each practice offers a different way to pause and connect with gratitude.
Who is this Challenge for?
This is for you:
You’re a busy mom who spends most of your day taking care of everyone else and rarely pauses for yourself.
You’re a coach, leader, or helping professional who spends your days focused on other people and could use a few minutes to turn your attention inward.
You like mindfulness, meditation, or breathwork, but the idea of a traditional yoga class isn’t your thing.
You’re busy. Really busy. You want something that can help you pause, breathe, and notice what’s good without requiring an hour of your time.
You’re ready for a practice that makes a meaningful change in your mindset, not another item on your to-do list.
You don’t have to be a yogi.
You don’t have to be “good” at meditation.
You just have to be willing to pause and notice.
In 6 minutes you can…
Take a breath.
Soften your shoulders.
Quiet the noise.
Feel more grounded.
Notice something good.
Come back to yourself.
Every meditation is 6 minutes or less, and every Yoga Therapeutics class is under 20 minutes.
You don’t need an hour. You just need a few minutes to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Because gratitude should fit into your life—not become one more thing on your list.
What Your Enrollment Includes:
21 Days of Gratitude
A new practice each day to help you pause, reflect, breathe, and connect with gratitude.
A Practice You Can Actually Use
Simple, approachable practices that can fit into real life—whether you have five minutes or more time to slow down.
Support for Your Whole Self
Explore meditation, breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, and Yoga Therapeutics.
A Grateful Community
You’ll know that hundreds other people are opening the same text message, doing the same meditation, and creating more gratitude in the world.
What happens after the 21 Days?
This challenge ends the day after Thanksgiving.
By then, gratitude will feel less like something you have to remember and more like something you naturally notice.
Maybe you’ll keep journaling. Maybe you’ll have a specific breathing practice you’ll want to practice weekly. Maybe you’ll have created a habit of pausing, looking and noticing what’s around you.
And when the 21-Day challenge ends, your first month of the Restored + Resilient Membership begins.
This gives you a place to keep practicing with short, intentional Yoga Therapeutic Practices, meditation, breathwork, and a supportive community.
Your first month is free.
What Participants Say:
You might be wondering….
-
No guilt, no starting over! This challenge is about creating a practice that supports you—not being perfect. If you miss a day, simply pick it back up when you can. You can even go back to a previous practice that you liked.
-
Nope! The challenge is designed to offer you something each day, but there’s no pressure to do every practice. Take what you need, when you need it.
-
That’s okay! While you may love starting your day with your gratitude practice, you can do it whenever it works for you. There’s no “perfect” time to practice gratitude.
-
A journal can be helpful for the writing prompts, but you don't need anything special. Use whatever feels natural—a notebook, your phone, or even a few quiet moments of reflection.
