1️⃣ Reclined Hip Flexor Stretch on Blocks or Blanket
➡️ Elevate your hips on 2 yoga blocks. Bring one knee into your chest and straighten the other, letting gravity gently lengthen your hip flexors. This releases tension in your low back from prolonged sitting, opens your hips, and soothes your nervous system.
2️⃣ Manual Sternocleidomastoid (SCM) Release
➡️ The SCM is the long muscle along the side of your neck — one of the first to tighten when your body senses stress. Gentle, guided release eases neck tension, calms your nervous system, and reduces the “fight or flight” response.
