    With a mix of gentle movement and Myofascial Release, you'll soothe shoulder stiffness. The whole class happens on the floor and ends in a seated meditation to help you feel serene in body, mind and spirit.

  • Melt to Calm

    Use slow, melting techniques with Myofascial Release tools on your calves, shoulders, hips and belly to downshift your nervous system toward calm, directed energy.

    Needed: 2 Myofascial Release Balls and 1 Blanket

    Radiant Energy

    This is a mixture of gentle flow, Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga meant to refresh any latent dullness in your body.

    You'll radiate breath through your chest with focused movements, refresh your feet with a rolled blanket under the soles of your feet and awaken your back body with MFR on your spinal erectors.

    It's a fun class that will leave you feeling RADIANT!

    Learn short and interchangeable sequences of breathwork, easy movement and acupressure point stimulation that re-set emotional stability.

    You'll do a little nerve flossing for the spinal column, a little Myofascial Release and a whole lot of smiling in this 20 minute class.
