During a busy day, it’s easy to ignore your body.

In this meditation called “Trust Your Inner Knowing,” you’ll sense the state of your body as it is today and listen with kindness to your body’s quiet signals of wants and needs.

Paying attention to your physical body and learning to trust your inner knowing is a practice of Gratitude.
